We started off with manufacturing of HP® Tik Tac / Snap Pins, HP® Hair Ties / Hair Band, HP® U / Juda Pins and HP® Back Pins / French Barrettes with our brand HP – High Profile®. The unbelievable growth ignited by a humble beginning in 1969 has taught the present generation of entrepreneurs the secrets of a successful business.
We consider honesty & ethics as the cornerstones of our success. We are known in India for manufacturing of ultra high-quality fashion products with a wide range; all under one roof.
Persistent about quality and innovation, our success over the years is a sheer reflection of our commitment to provide a cost-effective and premium range of hair products to wholesalers, dealers, distributors and other market participants worldwide. We currently export to middle eastern countries such as Yemen and our network is growing with leaps and bounds.

A natural businessman, entrepreneur by instinct and a yoga enthusiast, Hemant inherited the business from his father 30 years back. Little did the family know then that he would transform the erstwhile humble beginning to a hair accessory powerhouse. From being the creator of brand HP ® to growing Mukesh Trading Company as a one stop solution for all hair accessories across India, Hemant has certainly been a visionary.
Rohan Pandya – Partner
Rohan has been a steal for Mukesh Trading Company. From being a financial analyst with HSBC and a couple of other financial firms, Rohan eventually found his calling in the business. He brings with himself an expertise in customer, product and process management. Being an MBA in finance, he has a knack for the numbers and hence is able to derive value for both internal and external stakeholders. Being a tech-freak, Rohan has digitized systems at Mukesh Trading Company thereby increasing business & manpower efficiency.
Sejal Pandya – Partner & Designer
Sejal is a born artist, and Mukesh Trading Company leverages her imagination, creativity and style to create products that are most suited to the needs of the market we serve. Along with her deep understanding of consumer – product fitment, Sejal is a marketer at heart. Beyond rendering her marketing expertise to Mukesh Trading Company, she was the principal and co-founder of Kids’ Concept – a play school for kids.
Nidhi Gala – Strategy Lead
Nidhi has spearheaded the set up of e-commerce business for Mukesh Trading Company and now our customers can buy our amazing products on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Indiamart etc. The difference that she brings on the table is deep insight of the next gen customer – who needs not only the product, but an exceptional experience. Nidhi, being an MBA in human resources, currently works with Yes Bank and has previously worked with Mahindra & Mahindra. She is a hardcore professional and is aggressively leading the Mukesh Trading Company towards greenfield business opportunities. She is a travel buff and a fitness enthusiast!
Devesh Mishra – Sales Manager
Salesmanship runs in his blood. Mukesh Trading Company is a front runner in the hair accessory business due to the never say no attitude of Devesh. He has been with the company for more than 15 years now, joining in as an apprentice at a young age to growing along with the business.
